The announced Warhammer Survivors release date is November 10, 2026. The US App Store listing checked for this guide instead shows an expected November 11 date, so iOS readers should use their regional storefront when planning a purchase. As of the November 8 research check, the full Steam game is still unreleased and its demo is available. Auroch Digital's announcement and the Steam listing establish the main date.

The announced launch schedule

Auroch Digital's October announcement names November 10 for the full release. Its platform list covers PC, PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X|S, Nintendo Switch, Nintendo Switch 2, iOS and Android. This is a launch announcement for the standalone game, rather than an expansion for Vampire Survivors. The official FAQ is the starting point for checking which platform versions have been announced.

The platform names matter when deciding where to wait for release. Steam and GOG are PC storefronts, while the two Nintendo systems have separate product listings. Mobile is also part of the announced release plan. A platform announcement does not, by itself, establish identical regional unlock times, purchase entitlements or save-transfer features across those versions.

What time does the PS5 version unlock?

The US PlayStation Store lists November 10 at 10:00 UTC. That is 02:00 Pacific Standard Time on that date. This is the specific timestamp observed on the US PS5 product page, so it should be attributed to that listing. It is more precise than the general date in the developer announcement.

Do not use the PS5 timestamp as a universal countdown for every edition. The inspected material does not establish that Steam, Android or every iOS region unlocks at the same instant. Steam's approximate countdown is also different from a published exact launch time. If you are arranging a session around release, check the store associated with the copy you intend to buy.

Why the US iOS date is different

The US App Store page shows an expected November 11 date in the research snapshot. The developer's broader announcement says November 10. These are two source-specific observations, and the available material does not explain the difference. Neither date should silently replace the other in an answer aimed at all platforms.

For an iPhone or iPad purchase, the regional listing is the practical reference. Its expected date concerns that storefront rather than a confirmed delay to the entire game. The date difference is also not evidence of a particular time-zone conversion. See the mobile guide for the device and store details collected alongside that listing.

Can you play before the full release?

Yes: the October demo is available through Steam and Xbox PC according to the official announcement. The Steam store includes a demo download, and Warhammer Community identifies the platforms for the updated demo. That gives PC players a way to try the survival systems before purchasing the full game. It does not mean the complete launch content has already been released.

The Xbox PC wording is important because it describes a computer version of the demo. It should not be read as confirmation of an Xbox console demo. Likewise, the collected material does not establish PS5, Switch or mobile demo availability. Use the demo page for the six named champions and the verified download route.

Will early demo progress give you a head start?

The developer says demo progress will not transfer into the full game. The earlier demo also does not carry its progress into the updated October demo. These are separate boundaries, both explained in the October release announcement. Time spent learning the controls can help your understanding, but it is not a promise of transferred unlocks.

That distinction affects what is worth doing before launch. You can use demo runs to learn attack patterns, recognize equipment and understand the two universes. Do not treat demo currency or completed objectives as a bank for the release version. The dedicated progress carry-over answer separates save transfer from progression that happens inside a demo.

What kind of game is launching?

Warhammer Survivors is a single-player bullet-heaven roguelite developed by Auroch Digital in partnership with Warhammer and poncle. It uses champions and enemies from Warhammer 40,000 and Warhammer Age of Sigmar. The full-game Steam description advertises over 40 playable champions and 75+ weapons. Those figures describe the advertised release scope, not the size of the demo roster.

Weapons can combine with power-ups to evolve into new forms. Gold supports future-run progression, and the official description also connects paint pots with character forms and secrets. These systems explain why the demo is useful preparation even without transferred saves. They do not establish a complete launch inventory or the exact balance of every release-build weapon.

Buying at launch versus trying the demo

The announced base prices are $7.99, £6.39 and €7.49, with platform and regional variation. Auroch also announces a first-week Steam discount of 10%. These details appear in the same developer post that confirms the launch date. Their presence does not make every regional storefront's current offer identical.

Choose the release-date page for timing and the price page for cost and offer conditions. A demo download, a discounted purchase and subscription access are different ways of accessing game content. The exact checkout terms belong to the store where you purchase. Keeping those questions separate avoids confusing an available trial with an already released full game.

Which source should you check next?

Start with the developer announcement to understand the overall plan. Then open the official product page for your platform and region to check its current availability. Use the PS5 guide when the listed console time matters, or the mobile guide when comparing the announcement with the US iOS date. Both pages keep platform-specific information separate from the general schedule.

All dates on this page come from the November 8 pre-release research. The announcement, store date and demo status are presented with that scope rather than as a live countdown. Once the game releases, actual storefront availability should take priority over an older expected date. No universal midnight release, launch-build performance result or cross-platform save promise is established here.
